Please note that all returns must be initiated within 5 business days from when you receive your order. If you need to return a shipment, we must first provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with specific instructions for shipping the item back. We cannot accept any shipments without this RMA number so be sure to obtain on prior.

– Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging and the return process must be initiated within 5 business days no exceptions.
– You must also provide proof of purchase.

Custom production items are excluded from our return policy. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for custom production items under any circumstances.
