EXCHANGES AND RETURNS At Pin Stadium we are committed excellent quality products, timely delivery, and accuracy with our orders to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please be sure to contact us via email at [email protected] so that we can work to resolve the problem. Please note that all returns must be initiated within 5 business days from when you receive your order. If you need to return a shipment, we must first provide you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number along with specific instructions for shipping the item back. We cannot accept any shipments without this RMA number so be sure to obtain on prior. SHIPPING RETURNS In some instances Pin Stadium may make an error thus requiring a return shipment back to us. If that is the case then we will cover the cost of the return shipping back to us matching the same type of shipping that we sent it. Keep in mind that for non-defective refunds and exchanges, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the product is returned in the original condition and packaging also. REPLACEMENTS IN-ADVANCE In most cases we ship replacement products only when we receive the defective product back. In special circumstances you may have the option ask for an advanced replacement. In this scenario you would need to leave a current credit card number on file to be billed until we physically receive the defective product. Once we receive the original shipment back, we will then refund your credit card for that amount. CUSTOM PRODUCTION ORDER This is for any products that have in their product description that they are custom orders such as but not limited to Neo Concert Edition or any of the Neo “X” products which are custom production orders and is non-refundable. This expressly includes the Lumi-Motion option on the Neo Fusion Atom / Neo “X” Fusion Atom, and any product ordered with the Lumi-Motion option selected. Because each Lumi-Motion unit is built to order, any order that includes the Lumi-Motion option is a custom production order and is non-refundable — it cannot be returned or exchanged. When ordering with the Lumi-Motion option, the customer is required to check a box confirming they have read and accept this no-return policy before the order can be placed. WARRANTY PERIOD Most products, unless otherwise specified in the product description, carry a 30-day replacement/refund warranty. Products ordered with the Lumi-Motion option carry a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery, provided the lights have been installed properly in accordance with the included installation instructions. While Lumi-Motion orders are non-refundable as custom production orders, this 60-day warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship when the product has been installed and used correctly. Be sure that you immediately inspect and open your product shipment and reject any packages that are clearly damaged by the shipping company. RETURN PROCESSING TIME Please allow us a processing time of 5-7 business days from when we received the shipment. It is possible that your financial institution may take up to 30 days (or next billing cycle) from the date of the issued credit from Pin Stadium to your account.
